If you help with any kitchen or food-related activities at the Cathedral, please plan to take this course. The Province is offering it to us right here at the Cathedral, with lots of practical information to help keep our kitchen and food programs safe.
Already have your certification? A refresher is always a good idea—and certification must be renewed every five years.
Please bring your own lunch.
